We launched a complimentary Lyft Pink All Access membership for two years and 50% off the third year for Chase Sapphire Reserve cardholders and J.P. Morgan members. I owned end to end content for the launch of this business critical partnership, encompassing both the in-app and web experience. Screens for this project included pay screen entry points, reactivation flows, numerous error and edge cases, updates to the member-hub, cancellation flow updates, and new member benefit details.
I collaborated and kept consistent alignment with legal, our Lyft-employed Chase liaison, the product marketing team, and our engineering team. I problem solved for a legalese heavy activation screen and also ;ed QA and testing from the design perspective.
As of March ‘23, Lyft acquired ~280K members through this partnership, which launched November ‘22.
