Hi, I’m a content designer based in Los Angeles. I’ve worked directly for companies like DoorDash, Lyft, and Snapchat and not-so-directly with clients like Nike and Vans — crafting compelling content and solving complicated problems with simple words.
I approach writing and user experience the same way I approach my personal life, empathy first. I like to think about everyone’s needs, but especially the users’ when working on a project. My past life as a people pleaser comes in handy here. I’m passionate about writing for products that have real world impacts on the lives around us.
On a team, I’m the one who tries my best to lead by example by being vulnerable and asking thoughtful questions.
When I’m not thinking about the right (and wrong) words, I can be found digging for rare finds at a flea market or thrift store. I also consider myself a mental health advocate and a few years ago I created a newsletter, adentro, focused on my mental health experience. This project felt like a culmination of my years of experience of driving a consistent product narrative, analyzing and leveraging data, and keeping empathy at the forefront of all I do.
